Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book a gorilla trekking safari?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (June–September and December–February). Gorilla permits in Uganda and Rwanda are limited and sell out quickly. Contact us early and we’ll secure your permits and accommodation as soon as possible.
Do you arrange airport transfers and visa assistance?
Yes. We provide seamless airport transfers to and from Entebbe International Airport and can assist with general guidance on East African tourist visas. Our team will ensure your arrival and departure logistics are stress-free.
Can I customise my safari package?
Absolutely. Every itinerary we design is custom-built around your specific interests, group size, travel dates, and budget. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all — your safari should be as unique as you are.
What countries do you offer safari tours in?
