8 Days Uganda gorilla , chimpanzee and wildlife Safari : Explore Uganda the pearl of Africa in your 8 days Uganda safari, Explore Uganda’s largest national park, Murchison Falls, by going on wildlife drives, boar cruises on the Nile, and rhino tracking on your route there. Get an opportunity to Trek the chimpanzees in the national park of Kibale Forest—another safari wonder. Later Transfer to the Bwindi Forest National Park for more exhilarating “gorilla” trekking and later climax with your stay in lake Bunyonyi one of most scenic lakes in the world.
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison falls national park.
You will be picked up and transported to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest national park, depending on where you are in Kampala. The Park is home to four of the big five —elephants, buffaloes, lions, and leopards—all have habitats in the park. However, you will make a brief halt in the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for two to three hours in order to go rhino trekking. After eating lunch, travel to the location of the spectacular falls, which will take a further two hours. Connect to your resort when you get there in the late afternoon to unwind, have dinner, and stay the night.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise.
You will go for a morning game drive on the park’s Northern Bank following an early breakfast at the lodge. A variety of species, including elephants, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, lions, Hartebeest, Uganda’s kobs, oribis, and waterbucks, can be seen throughout the roughly three to five-hour excursion. You will return to the lodge for lunch following the trip.
Go on a launch boat on the Nile with a thrilling 360-degree view after lunch to see the base of the impressive Murchison Falls. You will see crocodiles, hippos, and birds like kingfishers, cormorants, and bee-eaters along the river banks while you cruise.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 3: Depart and Transfer to Kibale forest national park.
After breakfast, depart Murchison early and proceed to Kibale National Park; the drive to Fort Portal takes the entire day and includes lunch along the way. There are 13 kinds of primates in Kibale Forest National Park, which is one of the top safari locations in Africa. Chimpanzees are the most popular species. Arrive at the lodge in the late afternoon, relax, have dinner, and spend the night.

Day 4: chimpanzee tracking and nature walk in Bigodi.
A park ranger will guide you as you enter the jungle with your tracking gear, packed water, and snacks after an early breakfast and a briefing about the endangered chimpanzees at the park’s headquarters. It takes between two and five hours to track the chimpanzees. After locating the primates, you will spend an hour with them observing and photographing their activity. Return to the lodge for lunch and a break after tracking.
Join a nature walk in the Bigodi wetland later in the day to experience walking through a wetland with a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge later in the evening to unwind, eat, and spend the night as described above.
Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi forest National park view Ishasha sector of queen Elizabeth national park.
After breakfast, meet your driver and go out to Bwindi. Before leaving, take a morning game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park to look for lions that can climb trees. Drive to Bwindi and arrive there in the late afternoon. Check in, have dinner, and spend the night at you accommodation /lodge.
Day 6: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi forest National park.
After a leisurely breakfast, you will depart for the park headquarters with your packed lunch and bottled water at 7:00am for a briefing with the park ranger guides. After receiving a briefing, you will go out on your 2- to 8-hour hike through the forest in search of mountain gorillas with the assistance of ranger guides. You will spend an hour with these gentle giants once you find them.
When you get back to the starting location, your driver will be there to pick you up and drive you to the lodge. Later in the afternoon, you can opt for the village walk in the surrounding area of the park to A quint yourself with how the locals live their lives. Later after the walk, you will head for dinner and overnight the lodge.
Day 7: Spend the entire day in Bunyonyi.
Get up early, eat breakfast, and travel to the Kabale area to visit Lake Bunyonyi. The trip takes two hours. Arrive at Bunyonyi early for the best scenery of the neighboring hills. This lake is situated in southwest Uganda near the Rwandan border, halfway between Kisoro and Kabale. With a depth between 44 and 900 meters, it is thought to be the second-deepest lake in Africa. Its width ranges from 7 to 25 kilometers.
After arriving at the lake, eat lunch before taking a boat journey to some of the intriguing islands in the lake, such as the Kyahugye island, where you can see zebras, waterbucks, impalas, and kobs. Visit the punishment island of Akampeine, where unmarried pregnant females were abandoned to die, and then the Bwama and Njuyeera Islands, where missionary Dr. Leonard Sharp established a leper colony. To unwind and unwind, return to the resort in the evening. Dinner and a night’s rest.

Day 8: Transfer to Kampala and Entebbe.
